We are a small, execution-focused team working on production systems used by real customers. We hire engineers who value correctness, ownership, and clear thinking.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” refers to that organization.


If you or your organization have a separate written agreement with Planck AI that governs your use of the Service (e.g., a Master Services Agreement or Order Form), that agreement will control in the event of conflict with these Terms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a junior engineer who can independently develop, integrate, and debug modules within Planck AI’s LangGraph-based execution framework. This role requires strong fundamentals, comfort working across the stack, and the ability to ship without heavy supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and integrate LangGraph nodes and workflows

  • Debug retrieval, execution, and response-formatting pipelines

  • Build and maintain backend APIs and frontend components

  • Work daily in modern IDEs (Windsurf, Cursor, VS Code)

How We Work

Planck AI operates as a small, high-ownership engineering team. We value clear interfaces, predictable systems, and disciplined execution.

There is no micromanagement. Engineers are expected to reason independently, ask good questions, and ship production-quality code.

This role is best suited for someone who wants to learn by building real systems rather than following predefined playbooks.
